1. do you have a design for a particular occasion?
♡ currently, all of our previous works are only as posted on our ig/fb account @sweetmyni. you may view our feed and story highlights for more references2. can i customize my own cake?
♡ YES, our cakes are fully-customizable. you may send a design inspiration/your design ideas and we'll take care of the rest.NOTE: please know that ALL of our works WILL VARY according to our artists' style and interpretation of the design. we'd like to apologize in advance if ever we do not see eye-to-eye with your preferred design. we do our very very best to bake and create according to your expectations :)3. if ever, how much will my design cost?
♡ for custom cake orders, we will send a price quotation once ALL your order details are confirmed. additionals may occur according to the difficulty of your design but other than that, the prices on our cake guide are FIXED4. how long do your cakes last?
♡ myni's cakes are freshly-baked daily. the shelf-life is 5-7 days, depending on storage.5. what are your custom cake flavors?

♡ yes, you can choose shared booking by Sweet Myni [currently unavailable]8. how can i have my order/s picked up?
♡ you may pick-up your order/s personally or by booking a courier. the safest we can recommend for cake travel is car/MPV. we advise all riders for proper handling of all cake packages although please know that we will not be liable for any damages incurred outside of our shop :(9. do you have other branches?
♡ no, we don't. we now currently operate in Caloocan city only :)10. until what time can i have my order/s picked up?
♡ our store hours are STRICTLY from 10 AM - 8 PM only. you may have your order/s picked up ONLY at that span of time on your pick-up date.11. how/when can i pay for my order/s?
♡ we will send a price quotation once ALL order details are confirmed. payment cut-off is within 2 days of sending the price quotation otherwise your order submission will be AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED
DELIVERY DETAILS
1. personal pick-up/courier☻ you may book using lalamove, grab express, mr. speedy, or pick-up your order using your own private vehicle!
☻ we recommend the car option for couriers as motorbike pick-ups are prone to heat and road challenges.
☻ we will not be liable for any damages incurred upon/during delivery.2. shared booking by sweet myni [ currently unavailable ]☻ delivery is from 12pm to 6pm (this option will not allow specific time requests)
